The Operations practice was launched in 2019 and is now one of the firm’s fastest-growing. We work on operations, supply chain, logistics, and procurement appointments across the South East — for businesses in food and drink manufacturing, distribution, light industrial, and the logistics sector.
The work is heavily SME and lower-mid-market. We do not work on global supply chain leadership appointments at large multinationals — there are better-suited specialists. Where we add value is at the £50-100k band for substantive operational leadership at scaling regional businesses.
Where we focus
Operations management and leadership — Operations Managers, Heads of Operations, Operations Directors. The largest single category. Frequently in food and drink manufacturing or light industrial.
Supply chain — Supply Chain Managers, Senior Buyers, Procurement Managers. Particularly active in distribution and FMCG businesses.
Logistics and warehousing — Warehouse Managers, Distribution Centre Managers, Transport Managers. We work on senior end of this category — junior warehouse roles are not our market.
